NATURE AND TYPES OF COOKIES
Article 3. (1) Cookies are placed on the Visitor's device through their browser and returned to the web server on subsequent access to the Website.
(2) Cookies are not program code, do not contain viruses, and do not allow access to information stored on the Visitor's device beyond the information they themselves store.
(3) Similar Technologies may also be used on the Website alongside cookies and are subject to the rules of this Cookie Policy.
Article 4. (1) By storage duration, cookies are:
1. session cookies: stored until the browser is closed, then automatically deleted;

(2) By the party placing them, cookies are:
1. first-party cookies: placed by the Company from the Website's domain;
2. third-party cookies: placed in connection with third-party services used on the Website, including where placed from the Website's domain, with the information collected transmitted to the relevant provider and also processed for that provider's own purposes.
Section III.
COOKIE CATEGORIES AND LEGAL BASES
Article 5. The following categories of cookies may be used on the Website:
1. Strictly necessary: ensure the Website's basic functions, security, and correct display, including session maintenance, protection when submitting Website forms, and remembering the Visitor's cookie choice. These cookies cannot be disabled;
2. Analytics: measure visits and analyse how the Website is used, including which pages are viewed and when Visitors stop browsing, to improve the Website;
3. Marketing: measure advertising campaign results and resulting visits, and display messages tailored to the Visitor's interests, including outside the Website.
Article 6. (1) Strictly necessary cookies are placed without the Visitor's consent insofar as they are necessary to provide an information society service expressly requested by the Visitor.
(2) All other categories of cookies are placed only after the Visitor gives prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent through the Settings Tool, under Article 4a of the Electronic Commerce Act and Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
(3) Consent under paragraph 2 is not deemed given through inaction, continued browsing, closing the cookie notice, or pre-ticked boxes in the Settings Tool.
(4) Until consent under paragraph 2 is received, no cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are placed on the Visitor's device.
(5) Refusal to consent does not restrict the Visitor's access to the Website or the information published on it.
Article 7. Current information about the cookies used is also available at any time through the Settings Tool.
Section IV.
MANAGING COOKIES
Article 8. (1) On their first visit, Visitors receive a notice about the cookies used and the opportunity to give or refuse consent by category through the Settings Tool.
(2) Visitors can change or withdraw their consent at any time through the Settings Tool available on the Website.
(3) Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
(4) The Visitor's choice is stored for 12 (twelve) months, after which the Visitor is invited to choose again. New consent is also required if the categories or purposes of the cookies used change.
Article 9. (1) Independently of the Settings Tool, Visitors can manage cookies through their browser settings, including viewing, deleting, blocking, or refusing them.
(2) Instructions for managing cookies are available in the relevant browser's help section.
(3) Blocking or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent certain Website features from working properly.
(4) Deleting cookies from the device removes the choice made through the Settings Tool, and the Visitor is invited to choose again on the next visit.
Section V.
PERSONAL DATA AND THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Article 10. (1) Information collected through cookies may constitute personal data where, alone or combined with other data, it can identify the Visitor.
(2) In the cases under paragraph 1, processing is subject to the Website Privacy Policy, including its provisions on purposes, retention periods, data recipients, and data subjects' rights.
Article 11. (1) Third-party cookies are placed by the relevant providers, who also process the information collected for their own purposes under their own privacy and cookie policies.
(2) Third-party marketing cookies may include tracking the Visitor's behaviour across websites and creating advertising profiles by the relevant provider. These cookies are placed only with the Visitor's consent.
(3) The Company is not responsible for processing carried out by third parties for their own purposes.
(4) Where third-party cookies transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place subject to appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
(5) Resources maintained by third parties, including fonts and software libraries, may be loaded for the Website's correct display and operation. When such resources load, even if they do not place cookies, the Visitor's IP address and technical request details become available to the relevant provider.
Article 12. (1) Visitors are entitled at any time to information about data stored on their devices under Article 4a(2) of the Electronic Commerce Act. This right is exercised through the Settings Tool.
(2) Visitors may withdraw consent, object to processing, request erasure, and exercise their other rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 according to the Website Privacy Policy.
(3) Visitors may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
